NeverFilm is a done-for-you AI avatar reels service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you sign in to the NeverFilm dashboard.

Google sign-in

You sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address from Google, and we use them only to authenticate you and to match you to your workspace. We do not ask Google for any other profile information.

Information you give us

To deliver the service we store the information you add in the dashboard. That includes onboarding answers, reels, and connected posting accounts. We use this client data only to deliver the service: to make, review, and post your reels, and to show you and your agency team the workspace those reels belong to.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information or your client data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the people and tools needed to run NeverFilm for you, such as the agency team working on your account and the posting service that publishes an approved reel.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace data while your NeverFilm service is active, and for as long as we need it to finish work already in progress or to meet a legal duty. You can ask us to delete your account information by emailing us.
