Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of NeverFilm, a done-for-you AI avatar reels service. By signing in, you agree to them.

The service

NeverFilm helps you create and post short avatar reels. The dashboard is where you sign in, answer onboarding questions, review reels, and connect the accounts those reels can post to.

Your account

You sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address only to authenticate you. Access is limited to people we invite and to agency admins. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for keeping that sign-in private.

Your content

You provide onboarding answers, reels, and connected accounts so we can deliver the service. You keep ownership of your content. You confirm that you have the rights to the face, voice, likeness, and other materials you ask us to use, and that we may use them to produce and post your reels.

Acceptable use

Use the dashboard for your own workspace. Do not try to open another client's workspace, interfere with the service, or upload material you do not have rights to use.

Your data

We use onboarding answers, reels, and connected accounts only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We provide NeverFilm as it is available. We may suspend access when an account is not invited or when these terms are broken. We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
